Panchali holds a strong background in medical nutrition therapy, preventive health education, and obesity management and is presently working as Assistant Professor for the Master’s Program in Specialized Dietetics at SNDT Women’s University, Mumbai. She has won several awards in international and national conferences, has published papers in peer-reviewed journals, and is the author of an activity book for children, Eat Right Move More.
