Astrid Naranjo is an accredited clinical dietitian based in Australia and has been a nutrition consultant for the last nine years.On this episode, we will focus on nutrition from a beginner’s perspective and include an introduction to nutrition, key nutrients, hydration, supplements, and their roles. We will also discuss about setting realistic nutrition goals.

Astrid has a Master’s Degree in Nutrition and Dietetics Practice from Bond University (Australia), along with a Bachelor’s Degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from the Central University of Venezuela. Astrid splits her time between creating and revising the course curriculum at Clean Health Fitness Institute, along with working as a clinical dietitian in Southport Private Hospital on the Gold coast for the past 4 years and as an online Dietitian and Nutrition Consultant for the past 9 years.
Her nutrition specialties include diet design for metabolic syndrome, women’s health and polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), fat loss, binge eating, creating healthier relationships with food, and overall wellbeing. For more information on Astrid, follow her on Instagram:
