He is the founder of United Endurance Sports Coaching Academy (UESCA), the leading endurance sports education company that educates and certifies running, triathlon and ultra running coaches. He has over 20 years of experience in the fitness and endurance sports industries. Outside of work, Rick enjoys the outdoors, running, cycling and spending time with his wife and son.
