Meditation for Stress Relief: Session 10
Welcome to Day 10 of the practice! In the previous sessions, you have learned a few tricks and techniques to help you manage stress better. The key thing to remember is that we may not be able to remove stress from our lives altogether, but we can however change the way we view it. We can balance it out with certain self-care routines like physical movement and exercise, meditation, and any other activities that you enjoy. Having a self-care routine helps you break your stress patterns and offers you time and space for clarity of thought and action.
