Meditation for Stress Relief: Session 6
Welcome to Day 6 of the practice! Stress is not necessarily always an unpleasant or unwanted feeling. If we are able to handle it, we can change our relationship with stress. Stress in turn can help us lead a life with purpose, motivation, tolerance, and resilience. So it is safe to say there is good stress and bad stress. Good stress is something that can serve us and bad or chronic stress is something that can limit our abilities.
