Meditation for Stress Relief: Session 7
Welcome to Day 7 of the practice! In the last session, we spoke about good stress and bad stress. Good stress is experienced for a short period of time and is very much required for us to stay motivated and focus our energies. Bad stress on the other hand is chronic, reduces our performance, and may cause anxiety. Most often we develop stress around our daily routines if we have too much on our plate and as a result, have been avoiding a particular task that we cannot escape doing.
