Meditation for Stress Relief: Session 8
Welcome to Day 8 of the practice! Self Care can be a very effective practice to manage stress. Self Care involves taking time to do the things that you enjoy, setting clear boundaries, and prioritizing oneself from time to time. Self-care helps us to break our routines and train the mind and body to explore new things that don’t necessarily come with immense responsibilities attached to them. So make sure you make enough time for these de-stressing self-care activities in your routine!
