Meditation for Stress Relief: Session 1
Welcome to Day 1 of the practice! This module is built to help you recognize what is stress, what is causing you the stress specifically, recognizing the causes, and rewiring certain habits and thought patterns. Most often we experience stress as some form of physical manifestation like sweating, racing thoughts, shallow breathing, or even fast heartbeats. Even before we can experience these physical signs, if we watch closely we can identify what is causing it. It could be a looming deadline at work, a never-ending to-do list at home, or any other responsibilities in life. Today’s exercise is to help you identify your physical signs of stress.
