Meditation for Stress Relief: Session 2
Welcome to Day 2 of the practice! Yesterday we spoke of physical manifestations of stress. Today let’s focus on what is stress. Most people relate to stress as too many things on their plate, trying to do too much at a time, or too many things happening to them at the same time. The way to work around this would be to reduce these ‘too much’ or ‘too many’ things, pause, and make space- mentally and physically!
