Meditation for Stress Relief: Session 3
Welcome to Day 3 of the practice! Yesterday we looked at what exactly does stress mean. In a broad sense, it involves either doing too much or trying to do something in too little time. An effective way to handle this is to slow down, identify the cause of stress and reflect on better ways to do the same task. Taking these few minutes off your routine will help you gain a new perspective with regards to whatever may be causing this stress.
