Meditation for Stress Relief: Session 4
Welcome to Day 4 of the practice! Stress is an internal response to perceived threat devices by our body. This perceived threat in the modern world is mostly a psychological one as opposed to a physical threat that our ancestors faced out in the wild. In order to be in better control of this stress mechanism, we ought to pause and be more mindful of our actions. This becomes all the more essential in this modern, fast-paced world we all live in. Let’s explore how to do that in today’s practice.
