Intense workouts may often lead to an increased feeling of muscle fatigue. So, you may often find it difficult to use your muscles in the same capacity as you did before previously. The resulting muscle fatigue may possibly last a few minutes and up to a few days. Active recovery is a great way to alleviate the fatigue experienced by your muscles and may possibly help in preventing a longer period of muscle fatigue.
