What is Cross Training?
Cross training is any form of exercise that supplements your core form of exercise. It can be low intensity or high intensity and covers the broad spectrum of aerobic, strength, flexibility, agility, or balance training. Cross-training has several benefits including improvement in muscle strength and balance, aerobic capacity, posture and flexibility, while reducing your risk of injuries and breaking the monotony of your core form of exercise.
